Nature has always been the best way to clear my mind. But if that’s not your preference, you can create your own sacred space at home. Maybe create a cave of cushions and curtains in a corner, or under the table, just like you did when you were a child. Whatever you create or find, try to enjoy your newfound relaxation station!

In moments of contemplation, we detach from the noise of the world and turn inward, seeking clarity and insight. Both body mind and soul will have the possibility to take a pause…
